This privacy policy sets out the rules under which the Architectural Institute Paris undertakes to respect and ensure in order to protect the privacy of personal information and data provided to them by users and prospective students (“Users”), or otherwise collected by them, offline or online, including through its website.

The Architectural Institute Paris undertakes not to commercialise nor profit from any data, information or documents transmitted by the User or collected from them, and not to communicate them to any third parties, except in cases provided by law or hereafter stipulated.

The personal data and information are for internal use by the Institute.

When a User contacts the Architectural Institute Paris by telephone, by email or when he/she uses the website or responds to online enquiry forms, the User is sharing data and information pertaining to them with the Institute.

The Architectural Institute Paris only collects the information that assists them to contact and communicate with the User (name, telephone number, email and postal address). The information will be used to respond to Users’ enquiries and for advertising purposes.

At a later stage, the User may decide to apply to the School. They will be communicating supplementary information for this purpose. The information will be kept strictly confidential and used only to decide upon the offer of an admission of the prospective student to the Institute and for registration purposes.

LIMITATIONS TO CONFIDENTIALITY

The Architectural Institute Paris undertakes not to communicate any data, information or documents transmitted by the User to third parties, with the following exceptions:  

  • Only Institute staff in charge of processing and subcontractors it works with can access your personal data and information. We might share your data with our contractors and groups; marketers, advisors, data storage and payment service providers, only when and if necessary.

  • When necessary, the Institute will share your data with other company it works with.

  • The Architectural Institute Paris will comply if and when confronted with a legal requirement to disclose information pertaining to the User.

TESTIMONIALS

Your testimonials are not covered by confidentiality. 

If you review our school, or provide us with a testimonial, you permit us to post or otherwise transmit the review or testimonial on our social media or other channels. You can email the Editors and ask them not to do this, at any time.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have a right to access, correct or delete any data in possession of Parisarch about you. This right can be exercised by email or by mail to:

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The website is governed by the law of England & Wales. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Privacy Policy, the Website or its subject matter are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England & Wales.

The User irrevocably agree that the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Website or its subject matter.
